The Association has a 5-year maintenance and 10-year painting schedule. Each Duplex and Quad building will receive preventative maintenance every 5 years, and is painted every 10 years.
Requests for routine preventative maintenance outside of the 5-year PM schedule should be submitted to the committee chair using the link to the right.
Please do not ask our maintenance person to perform repairs to the exteriors of your homes. Their work assignments come from the Architectural Committee, once the board approves the request.
