The Gates Four Townhouse Association Inc. consists of 74 townhomes in the gated community of Gates Four. There are five Quad buildings with four townhomes in each and twenty-seven duplex townhomes. The community was begun in the late 1970s with the last building being constructed in 2004. Most of the townhomes are situated on Irongate Drive along the tenth and fourtenth fairways of the prestigious Gates Four Golf Course. The newest townhomes were built on Weatherby Court near the Lakewood entrance to Gates Four.

The Gates Four Townhouse Association meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the Upstairs Conference Room at the Gates Four Club House.


The meeting begins at 7:00PM. Visitors and Guests are always welcome.
