The Association has a 5-year maintenance and 10-year painting schedule. Each building will receive preventative maintenance every 5 years and is painted every 10 years.    

The Board is regularly reviews and updates the preventive maintenance and painting schedule. 

Requests for routine preventative maintenance outside of the 5-year schedule should be submitted using the Contact Us button. 

The HOA assigns and directs all routine and special requests for maintenance and repairs through board approved workorders.

The HOA uses third-party contractors to perform maintenance and repairs. 

Contractors are not permitted to follow instructions from homeowners.
