Save time and money when paying dues!

Your bank or credit union may provide a free bill pay service! The bank will send a check to the CPA at no cost to you. 

It's a one time set-up. On their website or app, look for paying bills online. Add the address of the CPA above. Enter the amount to send and the date that you want the check to be mailed. 

You can enter a note on the check like: 
1234 XYZ St YYYMM HOA

It's easy, free, secure and convenient! 
Did you know?

If you or a family member or a friend that you know is incapable of taking their garbage can to the curb for pick-up, contact the garbage service provider and request to get the garbage can to be emptied. They will ask where the can is located so they can inform their crew to retrieve the can, empty it and return it back to the same spot.

There is no additional fee for this service. If there is a fee, consider switching to another provider.
