The committee is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Association's common grounds. Maintenance includes but is not limited to trees, shrubs, flower beds, and parking spaces.
The HOA has a contract with and solely directs GF Turf & Landscape, a groundskeeping company, to maintain the common grounds.
Lawn maintenance is performed about once a week. Special landscaping needs, for example shrub pruning, is directed exclusively by the committee.
