The committee is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the common grounds.

Maintenance includes but is not limited to trees, shrubs, and parking spaces.

The HOA has a contract with and solely directs a lawn maintenance company to maintain the common grounds. 

Special lawn maintenance needs, for example shrub pruning, is directed exclusively by the committee.

Note: Trees, bushes, or shrubs on the common grounds are the sole property of the HOA. 

No one is permitted to have any tree, bush, or shrub removed or added.

Any person wanting to remove or add any tree, bush, or shrub must have written consent from the HOA board.

Homeowners



Only the committee gives instructions to the lawn maintenance company.

The company IS NOT permitted to: 

(1) follow instructions or requests from any homeowner or

(2) perform any or additional services for any homeowner (e.g. plant flowers or shrubs) or

(3) interact with homeowners. 

Homeowners ARE NOT permitted to:

(1) contact the company or employees

(2) interrupt any of the company's employees while it is performing maintenance of the common grounds.
